I upgraded my plan from 500 minutes and unlimited texts, to unlimited minutes and unlimited texts on 22 March 2020
But i was sent a text from ID Mobile yesterday saying that I had exceeded my minutes allowance. When I checked online, it said that my plan was unlimited for minutes and texts. Am I going to be charged 40p per minute for calls or not?
I’m confused!

I have answered very similar question in here. You do not need to worry as long as your account is showing that you have unlimited minutes.
