Can anyone advise me why I am unable to send texts to enter competition. gives me the warning about outside my allowance but I agree. The text does not got, fails to send everyone.

This may be considered a premium text.

Have you turned off the Premium Messaging Bar in the iD app/iD account?

Have you checked to ensure you haven't hit your spend cap?

I tried to enter a competition that cost £2  I upped my cap to £4, I was charged the text fee  but not the £2 so I wasn't entered into the competition, but charged for it.

It was only 25pence, but its still 25pence charged  for nothing in return.
