Contact for IdMobile ? Spending Cap Issue

Hi thereĀ 

Was just wondering if you guys can help me out with a point of contact.

I keep on getting charged over my cap 3rd month in a row so really have to speak with someone.

If you have a spending cap on your account then you should only ever be able to go up to that specified cap with outside-of-plan charges.

One exception though would be if youā€™ve registered for premium messaging services, text subscriptions if you will.Ā 

If itā€™s a text subscription charge youā€™re being billed for, and you want to stop that.Ā  Then youā€™ll need to locate the number of who is texting you, and then find the contact details for them using the PSA website.

If you did not sign up to this subscription yourself and believe you have been scammed, we'd urge you to first contact the company directly to obtain a refund (or be removed from their mailing lists).

There's a regulatory body called the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) who regulate these. You can use their website on https://psauthority.org.uk to locate the information about the company. If you've already contacted them and failed to retrieve a resolution, you can make a complaint via PSA directly.Ā
