Hi, I’ve recently turned 18 and I was wondering if I could now get a contracted phone with ID mobile. Is that possible at all or will I not be accepted due to having no previous credit history?

Hi @shyannmcp28,

That’s correct, once you are 18 you are able to apply for phone contracts. We can only recommend trying to order a phone to see if your request will be accepted as we are not able to do any pre-checks.
