Contract Renewal Query?

When I renewed my ID contracts i thought my unused minutes would carry over like one however the only thing that's carried over is the data which I seldom use. I can't seem to contact anyone to discuss the issue, only found out there when my allowance was due to refresh.

Hi @Marg05, Marg05, when you say renewed, do you mean upgraded? Are you on a SIM-only or Pay Monthly plan? Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team so they can take a look into this for you?
