Credit search

I've just ordered a new phone on a 24 month contract subject to a credit check. IDMobile have took £18:99 from my bank which was the upfront cost of the phone. The only emails I've received is to tell me the device is out of stock. It's been well over 24 hours now so should I still expect an email saying I've been accepted or does it sound like I have and they just haven't sent an email confirming it?

Thanks in advance

I want to say that you should expect an email with confirmation. These payment for upfront usually is automatic process, it should be refunded if you fail credit check and kept if you pass it.

Hi @Razor05pj,

Usually, if you have received an email regarding the dispatch or the stock availability of your chosen device, it's safe to assume that the contract application has been accepted. :)
