Cut off and need phone

Been cut off as can't pay until end of the month and need phone for work. No helps can't call your customer service as not operational and no online chat.! This is beyond a joke now

Hi @Iammurf,

We are sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately if a bill payment has been missed then the services will be cut off until payment has been made.

Our plans are intended for personal use only so any loss of business is something that we cannot support I’m afraid.
