Data allowance

Got a text saying I've used all my data for this month but when I check on optimizer it still says I have 17.4GB Left on the id mobile app it says zero (which has never reset since I got this plan a year ago) how can I get this sorted out as soon as possible as I require certain apps for work every day

Hello @Joe mcc,

 

When you say “ when I check on optimizer” Are you referring to your phone settings?

This can be manually changed to whatever amount you require and does not automaticlaly go off your network allowances.

 

Your correct allowance is shown in the iD app/account.

If the iD app shows that you have 0GB left this month, this is the correct amount and the optimiser has been set-up incorrectly with the wrong dates and allowances.

Tried reloading ID mobile app again still the same . Worked out I've never been able to reset data except on optimizer so in just over a year I've used 21.5GB and due to lock down working at a different place I need data and I'm not buying more when I know I've got 17.5 GB still left for the month
