Data charges when not used?

Hi. I have been charged for using all my data, not sure how because I have logged into people's internet and if no Wi-Fi has been available then I have not used it. Does anyone know why this is happened??

Hi @Amani, do you close down Apps such as Facebook or Twitter fully after use? If not, these can use your data in the background pretty quickly whilst out and about.

Hi @Becky22,

Your data may have been used in the time between not being connected to a WiFi network. If you check the settings of your phone, you'll usually find a data usage section which will show you which apps have used what amount of data. Set the data to show from the date of your data allowance refresh and it'll be pretty accurate.

I don't use my data I use WiFi only but my bills are stacking up high for example I use WhatsApp to call and text I only use the phone to call id but my bill is really high I don't get it
