Hi all.  According to my phone I have a data allowance of 5GB.  The thing tells me that I have already used 3.26Gb this month…..yet it won’t allow me to use any more.  What’s going on?

Hi there @Billfish 

Have you recently changed a billing date at all?  That’s the only reason we could think why you wouldn’t be getting a full month of data (due to a pro-rata part month), which would mean you’d only be billed for a partial month too.

 

Do you have your iD Mobile account registered?  As it would state in there how much data you have left for the month along with when it should next be refreshing.
