Data not counting properly

Hi, I recently upgraded to a new phone and I will gone down to 1gb of data a month. I noticed that on the iD app it says I have no data when according to my phone I have only use 780mb... Please help... I have included screenshots of what my phone and the iD app says.

Data usage that you see in your phone settings is just estimation and it usually not very reliable.

I also can see according to your screenshots that data from the settings is calculated from 9th of this month until today and data on your app is calculated from 24th of February.

Also it's worth to check if any of your apps doesn't use your mobile data in background.
