Direct debit cancellation

I cancelled my direct debit with my bank by accident but ID Mobile still thinks it is there.
How do I set it up again?

Hi paule133, you should be able to check this using our app. If the cancellation has not yet been registered with us from your bank you would not be able to set it up again yet.

Please keep an eye on the app so you can see when this becomes possible.

My contract ends tomorrow 31/05/2020.

I will cancel my direct debit with my bank on Monday, 01/06/2020.
