Direct Debit change of details

I have changed my Direct Debit bank account details + DD payment date at the beginning of January 2021. This is now second month that new DD is not taking money from my new bank account. In my new bank account I can see ID Mobile DD created back in January 2021.

Can you please advice what should I do next?

Hi Ryan,

Direct debit was executed today (24/02/21) instead of my requested date (21st of a month).

Still little bit confused by that but the main thing is that is working now.
