Direct Debit from Company Bank Account

Is it possible to set up a direct debit for an ID sim only account from a UK company bank account? I keep entering my company bank details and the direct debit keeps cancelling a day or so after. Thanks.

Hello @Floots,

The Direct Debit details would need to match that of the Billing details.

For company contracts, you'd need to apply for a business contract instead.
