Please, is it possible to get my phone records if my phone was disconnected on 3rd of December?

Hello @zuzana13 

 

Can you clarify if you’re after a recording of the calls or if you wanted a record of the numbers you dialled?

We don’t record calls, unless it’s a call you made to us directly.

If you’re after a record of your calls, these are viewable in your PDF bills, usually page 2 onwards for the breakdown.

You still have access to your account even after disconnecting for 6-months so should be able to view this.

Thank you, that helped a lot. Can you get my messages contents please?. I logged in and now I see all my phonecalls but could I get messages contents?
