Disconnection Charges?

I have a monthly rolling sim only contract and was looking into the disconnection process where it states 'you will incur additional charges'. Can anyone explain these charges please as no further detail is given unless you proceed with disconnection. I am just curious as to how much these charges are? Thank you.

Hi @suuze

If you have monthly rolling contract and you would like to cancel it you can do it at any time just give 30 days notice period. There will be no charges for cancel 30 days rolling contract, you will occur additional charges if you would like to cancel 24 months contract before its expiration.
