I have overpaid for the mobile phone I bought and yet my contract goes on. How can I stop this?😡😡

Have you tried visiting https://my.idmobile.co.uk/

 

You can log into your account and process a 30-day disconnection for this or get a PAC code.

 

You can also do this by speaking to our Live Chat Team or by texting the following from your SIM and using the codes.

Requesting a PAC code and using it (text PAC to 65075)

Requesting and using a STAC code (text STAC to 75075).


PAC is used to keep the number, STAC is used to lose the number.

To use the code, you simply give this to your new network.
