I have purchased the monthly line rental for ID and I’ve been situated in the UK.
But, I have moved back to be with my family in Hong Kong at this time and I have switched off my mobile data and put my phone on airplane mode since I have reached, so I have not been on roaming or used any of ID’s services abroad ever since.
I trust that I will not be returning to the UK and using ID Mobile’s mobile phone data services anytime soon, probably until September this year. So if that is the case, could I not pay for any of the services as I am not using them temporarily?
