I sent a payment of 30quid on 27th july online to pay my overdue bill. Id have not received my payment and my phone has been cut off for over a week. I have sent them screenshots of the payment cleared from my bank statement, sent them the transaction number. They are still saying they haven't received the payment. Where do i stand with this?? It is clearly showing as a cleared payment on my account. And they have all the proof of this.
