Does Monthly Payment Reduce When Handset Paid For?

When my contract ends and I stick to the same handset and plan does the monthly payment reduce?

Hi alanclare, when your minimum period is coming to and end you become eligible for an upgrade, this is up to 60 days early in most cases and can be checked using the iD app or website my.idmobile.co.uk.
If you do not need a new phone, you can get in touch with us and move to a SIM only plan once the minimum period is over.
At this time, we would not be in a position to change your plan without you getting in touch with us so if you chose neither of these options, the payments would remain the same. - Phil
