Double billed

I paid my bill monday then a direct debit has been taken out today for the same amount 32 pound and has put me in a unplanned overdraft I'm not happy this has happened twice now and the online chat isn't working

We’re sorry about this situation. Unfortunately, if you make a manual payment within 5 days of your Direct Debit being due, the Direct Debit payment will likely still be taken as it is already scheduled to do so. If our Live Chat Team hasn’t been able to help further with obtaining a refund then please respond to a private message that you should have from our Support Team.
