Hello

I made a payment on my card of £15.99 the other day because on my App it said I needed to but today another £15.99 has come out through direct debit?

Can I be refunded the £15.99 I paid on card as I've been charged twice.

Hello @Laursey,

When a Direct Debit is due, it can often be delayed in showing from being taken from your Bank’s side.

 

You can leave the additional payment on your account as credit which will simply be taken off from next months payment or we can get a refund issued via Direct Debit for this additional payment.
