Ordered id mobile sim months ago . Never arrived, now I can't get credit. Experience says that I owe id mobile which I've never used £60. How would I stand in court if i got a solicitor ?

Hello @telfordtiger,

This sounds unfortunate that your Experian credit score has been affected this way.

SIM-only plans are 30-day rolling monthly contracts would need to be cancelled if no longer required.

In this case, you've not received it but if we haven't received contact, it would have remained active.

Did you contact us to notify us that the SIM you ordered did not arrive?
