Failed Credit Check

Recently I have wanted to upgrade to a new phone with ID mobile however my credit check has failed. How can I prove that I am capable of paying the phone and I have never missed a bill (even if that means showing payment proof from the prior company I plan to leave which is O2)?

Unfortunately we are unable to pass a credit check manually as this is processed on our systems. We would advise that you obtain further information on your credit file from Experian or Equifax.
