I've paid my final bill via 'My id' but the money hasn't let my account yet, how long does it take for it to be processed?

 

P. S. I cancelled my direct debit before the final bill

Has the money since come out your account to settle the bill in question?

Did you get a confirmation message on our website or through the app when the payment was complete?
