Final Bill Payment Scam

On Monday 7th September you told me via text that my final bill would be £91.84

 

Then on 15th September you said that my final bill would be £129.24?

 

I have cancelled my contract but how can you justify such a big rise in the final bill? This has reinforced my decision to leave ID Mobile, always just out for your money with 0 customer service.

 

You’re a phone network who don’t even have a helpline you can call? haha hilarious!

Hello @JoshJamesComedy,

The text states your termination fee not your final bill. 

Your final bill is made up of your termination fee + any bills outstanding and add-ons/usage.

Thus why the price is higher than what you expected.
