Today, 15th of April, I received a letter with a final demand notice of £7.98 issued on the 9th of April. Firstly, why I was given 7 days to pay and received the notice 6 days in to those 7 days… nuts! So when I started my iDMobile contract I never created an account and over the years I got a new contract but kept the same number with a PAC code. I’ve been trying to pay for it but it says the number I received with iDMobile is not valid so I can’t use the automated service and I can’t log in because I never created an account and it doesn’t recognise the number that was provided by iDMobile/Vodafone. How can I get this sorted out?

If you kept your number via PAC code, then when you try to make a payment and are asked for iD Mobile, you’d enter the current active number.
The delay in receiving this letter will have likely been down to postal delays in your area via Royal Mail and something out of our control.
