Final Invoice - Can I pay in installments?

Received an invoice statement with a termination fee etc. I can't access my online account as that and my number has been closed. I want to pay the owing sum but can't do this in whole and want to pay by Direct Debit. I have made a payment yesterday to round the total down. How do I go about setting up a DD or can I just pay through the automated system each month?

Hello @Chris.B.1988,

A balance that’s left after disconnecting needs to be paid 14-days from when the invoice was generated.

Whilst you can pay in instalments, this would be considered a late payment and your credit file may be impacted as we do not support payment plans.

A Direct Debit, when setup, will mean the full funds will be collected or attempt to be and if we can’t collect the payment, it may impact you.

You can dial 0333 003 7777, and wait for the automated message to end.

Then, enter your iD Mobile number, select option 2 and then 2 again.

You can then make manual payments at a smaller amount each month.

Please note, following missed payments, you’ll be issued a final demand letter and if this is still unpaid, your account balance may be referred to a Debt Collection Agency.
