I am having problems getting into my Account. the submit button does not work whichever way you try - email or username, date of birth, anything at all. It is frustrating as I cannot see how much I am charged since my charges seems to change whenever ID feels like it, How can I get into my account - I am at my wits end?

Are you using my http://my.idmobile.co.uk or the app on your phone?

Have you made sure there's no spaces in front of any of the information?

I have tried and checked everything. I even got to the part where I was given a code however, the submit button would not work.

I restarted but got the same problems

No worries. Have you tried to sign up using a different device or a different browser to make sure that this isn't an issue with one of those?
