Just received a text from “fuze forge” saying I’ve been signed up to something. Says I’ll be charged £4.50 a week unless I text stop to 65 444. How do I stop this as I didn’t sign up to anything?
Hi @Kwert310103
This is happening to many people from all the providers. Happened to me too when I was using Three before joining iD Mobile.

The only way to stop forthcoming charges is by texting STOP to the number mentioned OR contacting the company directly to be removed from the marketing list. You can use the link mentioned in the topic to find the company details.
We've noticed a surge in these type of issues and a quick google search will show that this is across all networks.
The network provider don't register you to these subscriptions and we're not able to remove these either.
Hope you're able to get this resolved and receive a refund for these charges.
