Handed over to debt collection

My account which i dont have online access too has been passed on to a debt managment xompany, dispite the fact i have been trying to contact ID mobile for weeks to pay the 108.00 bill

The call centre is closed becsuse of corona virus

This is absolutley disgusting

We’re sorry to hear about those troubles. You can call our automated telephone service on 7777 free from your iD phone or on 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile (Charges may vary).

Once you call, it’s Option 2 to hear your current balance and to make a payment.
