Has anyone had OUT OF PLAN DATA USAGE CHARGES?
If you have had any OUT OF PLAN DATA USAGE CHARGES recently can you please post how much below?
I sometimes get a £3charge as I have a cap of £5 on my account
but I notice how my data runs out quicker every month
not down to usage either ??

Hi @Cookie ,
If you check the settings of your phone, you'll see a section which is usually headed as 'Data Usage' and from there, you can see what App is using your data the most. Make sure to set the reporting date to mirror that of your allowance refresh date to ensure it's shows accurately.
