I need help, I got this number [Removed] nearly 2 years ago as pay as you go with £7 direct debit, I canceled the DD But I’m still asked to pay. Now it’s effecting my credit rating badly & I am not happy and stressed coz I can’t get through with any agent to help me. Please help me to sort it out. Thanks

Hi @Abdullahkash,

You may have been on a SIM-only plan rather than a Pay As You Go plan as we would not require a direct debit for a Pay As You Go plan. Cancelling a Direct Debit will lead to unpaid bills unless you were to make manual payments to cover the outstanding bills you see. Are you wanting to cancel the plan completely if you no longer wanted to make payment?
