I recently switched to ID Mobile and have been experiencing problems receiving text messages from Santander. They send automated OTPs when you transfer money and none of these messages appear to come through to my phone. But I’m not having a problem receiving messages from anyone else.
I have tried rebooting my phone and removing sim. Deleted and redownloading the app. As well as this, I have spoken to Santander who have said that this is not a problem on their end.
They told me that I need to contact you - as you need to enable Push Messages on my phone.
Please can this be escalated ASAP? I urgently need to transfer money and cannot do this until this is resolved.
