How can I ask for a PAC code from IDmobile if their services are offline due to COVID19? I would like to change networks to reduce costs and still retain my existing number. If anyone can advise that would be amazing.

All the information about how to get hold of a PAC can be found here.
You won’t actually need to contact us, you can get your PAC simply by sending a text.
