How can I cancel with no online account and don't have phone anymore??

My phone was stolen, and I had not created an online account. Now I am being threatened with Final Demand Notices - all I can do is pay.. I can not call the "Help Line” as it has been called.

 

How can I cancel my contract?

Hey @IJKMan  did anyone contacted you regarding 8 enquiry by now? Unfortunately your issue need to be solved by someone from iD Mobile. Just in case I will tag @Ryan in this topic so he can pick this up tomorrow. Hopefully we will get this resolved for you.
