How can I set-up a payment plan

I had an account with ID mobile and it ended six months ago it was at a recovery solutions C ARS and it was still owed money but they sent it back to ID mobile I now need to know find out what payment plan I can be on so I can finish the payments

Hello @Sonia B-C,

 

Have you since been contacted by another Debt Collection Agency?

We can’t set-up payment plans with us directly, this is only something done with the DCA.

You can however, call 0333 003 7777, wait for the message to end, enter the iD Mobile number.

Then select Option 2 and 2 again.

 

You’ll be given the balance and you can make a manual payment for any amount you like at any time whilst your account is in the process of being referred.

 

Once the next DCA contacts you, you can set-up a payment plan with them directly.
