How do I pause my ID account?

Hello, 

Please do I pause my service? 

I don't want to cancel my ID account completely, but I'd want to pause it now, and restart it later when I'm ready to continue.

Hi @Donald23,

Unfortunately there is no way to pause your account. If you are on a SIM-only plan then you could switch over to a lower-priced tariff in the meantime to save you a bit of money if that helps?

Hello Ryan, the idea isn't to be paying little, but to stop paying for a stint.

I understand what you meant and my reply was just a recommendation because as advised, we do not offer the service of pausing your account. You may want to port your phone number away from us and onto a pay as you go plan with another network instead.
