I have been charged for text/calls I never made and need to know the details. Itemised items are not shown on my bill, so how can I access them?

If you’re still not able to find this at the end pages, please get in touch with us directly, but all of our bills should already be itemised.
You won't see itemised charges on the first page summary of charges.
