How do I stop the pointless 'you have a bill' texts from iD every month?

Yes, I know its not marketing etc. and not covered by GDPR, but is there a way to disable the monthly texts reminding me I have a bill? I can check this easily by logging into my account and don't need a monthly nag reminder. A minor annoyance I know but it is still annoying 🙂.

We'll certainly take that on board @Symo, hopefully it can be included as a feature as we expand upon our options available in the ID Mobile app in the future.
Bah. Would be nice to have the option to turn this off for those of us who don't need reminding every month.

Hi @Symo,

Welcome to the iD community!

Unfortunately there isn't a way of stopping these reminders. They are there as a way of notifying our customers that the bill is ready which is especially helpful to those who make a manual payment each month.

I can only think of blocking the number from within your phone settings as being the best way to stop them. I hope this helps!

Ryan.
