How to find Account Balance

Hi All, 

Is there a way I can see the outstanding balance on my account? I have a mobile contract with iD but I don’t use the SIM as I have a SIM with Vodaphone. 

I can’t register for account management because it doesn’t recognise the mobile number, likely because its never been used. 

Anyone got any ideas?

Is the account in question disconnected do you know?

Generally speaking, you should be able to find the outstanding balance on an account by calling the automated payment line (0333 003 7777), pop in the iD Mobile number and select Option 2 twice.

If you need further help just let us know and if need be we could have someone contact you privately to take some details and clear things up that way if need be.
