When I started my contract a couple of months ago, there was an issue with the first contract (they'd allocated a number already in use so it never connected). A new SIM was issued and happy days.
However, yesterday I noticed that each month TWO payments of my monthly £20.99 go out. Can I contact anyone to resolve this and get a refund? I would just cancel over of the direct debits, but they are on the same day so don't know which over it is.
