I just noticed that I’m getting billed 39 quid a month by ID Mobile and I don’t haven’t had an ID mobile phone for many, many months. This is extremely distressing as I have also been out of work for 6 months this year.
I can’t log into the portal because I don’t know what number it is associated with, nor do I have a SIM to receive messages or anything like that from you. Can you please tell me what I need to do?
