I can not pay my bill until the 23rd September 2020. I don't have any money in my bank account until that date.

I’m sorry to hear that.

If your bill payment is not made when it’s due, you may be restricted for outgoing services.

We’d recommend just making a payment a soon as possible. Our Collections Team may contact you to obtain the payment, you can notify them of this.

Has anyone been in touch regarding making a payment?  Or have you been in touch with our Live Chat Team on our website at all?

If not, if you are to be making a payment tomorrow then this should bring your services back on shortly thereafter once you no longer have an outstanding bill.
