I have just received a letter from you guys saying that if I don’t pay my bill in 7 days it’s going to effect my credit rating etc
as there is a pandemic going on at the moment it is very hard for me to get income that I need to survive so I am unable to pay my bill yet, I have always been on time with my bills in the past and I would appreciate if you could please be understanding at this scary time
could you please give me some information on how I can maybe pay the bill later on when all of this pandemic has gone as I can’t get through to your customer service line either due to covid19
