I have been charged £1 more than usual for the last 3 months... Why?

For some reason I am being charged exactly £1 more than usual on my bill.

I have capped my data and calls so I can't go over.

If you check your bill, can you please scroll through the bill to the section invoice breakdown
This should explain the extra charge (excluding vat)

The cap my bill feature is an amount solely for the extra charges not included in your current plan.
So is extra to any current plan or add-ons you have.
However if you have set this to £0.00 then there is reason for concern!!!!!
