I have been charged twice

Hi I have been charged twice for my bill for last month and only one of those payments is showing on my account x

Hi @Emmahall5987,

Did you make a payment manually whilst a Direct Debit was due to be taken? If a manual payment is made within 5 days of the bill being due, the direct debit can still sometimes be taken.

Please contact our Live Chat Team here between 9am & 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am & 6pm Sat-Sun so we can have one of the payments refunded if this is the case.
