i have been disconnected

I lost my job and my partner all in the same week and unfortunately meant I became behind on my phone bill and now it says ive left id mobile and ive been blocked. ive now paid what it said I owed and im still not reconnected I don't want to leave id and would like to be reconnected again is this possible

Hi @samantha0309

I would recommend you to email  along with:

  • Your full name
  • Full address with postcode
  • Mobile Number
  • Email address

Include there your Community Username and a link to this topic.

They will be able to view your ID Account and advise you from there.
