I have been double billed

Hi this month I've been double billed and I don't know why? I haven't gone over my allowances or bought  any extra stuff. Could someone please answer my query, thanks

I am sorry to hear about that! Did you make a manual payment i.e over the phone or through your account recently? If you make a manual payment up to 5 days before the direct debit is due then the system won’t have had enough time to see that the bill has been cleared and the direct debit will still be taken as normal. You can ask our Live Chat Team here for a refund of the overpayment.
