I have been overcharged on my bill

Hi 

I have been over charged on my bill. 

It is only meant to be £19.99 every month but it turns out its ended up coming out at £30.51 it isn't my first bill either as that was in May and I haven't gone over anything on my contract as I have roll over data and also unlimited calls and texts

Iv tried to get hold of someone over the phone but noone is answering

Our phone lines are currently closed (besides automated services) due to Covid-19.

 

Have you viewed the PDF bill for a breakdown of the charges? What is it that shows on here?
